We want you to love your sustainably sourced essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
